This is for 1x screens 1x HDMI converter controller 1x AC power adapter to 12VDC Will work with any board or computer with HDMI. No AC cord for the power adapter at the moment (I can’t find my extra box of these, so for the time being, the standard AC cord (the common type like what goes into a computer power supply or a desktop PC monitor), isn’t included, but this is a real common cable, and for most people it isn’t a problem. If this is a problem for you let me know, I could probably find some, but they wouldn’t be new). LCD is Unused leftovers from some prototype android devices. So I coupled it with this board that allows you to drive the LCD with an HDMI signal which works great with Raspberry Pi, but also works with anything that has an HDMI output. You can use it with your PC to have a little monitor that displays GPU temperature and CPU performance or maybe your email inbox. You could use it with a Raspi to make a little digital photo frame. 10.1" 1366x768 TFT LED LCD - 40-pin LVDS 6-bit The LCD driver board allows you to drive the LCD with a 1080p resolution however the resolution of the LCD is only 1366 x 768 so using higher resolution‘s doesn’t look as crisp because it is not using an exact number of pixels per pixel so it looks the best at resolutions that use 768 lines of height (ie 1366x768 or 1024x768 with side blocks. Comes with LCD driver board, button board, remote control, cables and 12 V power supply needed to run the LCD. Looking at the pictures you should see various resolutions, while connected to the RasPi , and Windows PC. The 1366 x 768 resolution wasn’t available on the particular RasPi I was using because I hadn’t updated the drivers on that RasPi so I showed 1280 x 720 and a few others. It looks really crisp at 1280 x 720 and really crisp at 1024 by 768 with the side bars. I also drove it from a windows laptop at 1366 x 768 to show it at its native resolution. The LCD driver board uses a Realtek chip not one of the Chinese no-name chips from Aliexpress or Banggood or wherever. I haven’t found any of those obscure name Chinese chips that work good but Realtek is a company that is trusted by Intel and NVIDIA and AMD and used on their motherboards (back when NVIDIA made motherboards) for things like your audio codec and your ethernet PHY and other things. LCD is a CHUNGHWA CLAA101WA01A 10.1" TFT LED LCD 40-pin LVDS, 6-bit, (listed as “open box” because it is a new item that hasn’t been installed in any device and has only been very lightly used for testing, but there is no specific Chunghwa box just FYI. None of these screens have been used in any device; prototype or otherwise, for any significant amount of time extending beyond a few days. The power supply for the LCD pulls about 5.2W from the AC adapter (at the 120V side) so the LCD itself would use some amount less than that because there’s the efficiency losses in the power adapter (because this power measurement is measuring the power going into the AC adapter not the power coming out of the AC adapter). And the raspberry pi 4 is pulling about 3.5 W at idle while it’s running, but 6-8w while active so the LCD with raspberry pi all together stays under about 15 W of power. I have read that these LCDs can also replace some older Chromebook LCD’s but be sure to check the labels inside your device. If you are looking for an exact match on a specific 10. 1” LCD I do happen to also have an AU Optronics B101AW03, which is also 10.1” but a resolution of 1280 x 800. And it has the same 40 pin LVDS interface. So if you need that specific LCD for some reason send me a message and I can sell it to you for whatever the other eBay listing is going for I think $25 at the time that I am writing this.
