Ensure the24-pin ATX and8/4-pin CPU power connectors are firmly plugged into the motherboard. Locate the CMOS jumper (or remove the coin-cell battery) and follow the manual instructions to clear CMOS usually move the jumper for a few seconds or remove the battery for ~30 seconds.

Ensure the24-pin ATX and8/4-pin CPU power connectors are firmly plugged into the motherboard. It might needs an bios update to support the newer gen cpu. If your CPU has onboard video, remove the discrete GPU and display from the motherboard's video outputs to rule out GPU issues.
