I used this Derapid 4-port Intel I226-V 2.5Gbps PCIe Network Card in an Opnsense installation for a few 4-Port 2.5Gbps PCIe Ethernet Card with Intel I226 months before I upgraded to a different card for 10Gbps networking. It was a Linux environment , but this card is advertised to have universal compatibility. I never had any problems or issues at all with this card. It’s in excellent condition, and comes with the low-profile and full size PCIe bracket, mounting screws, and a mini screwdriver.
