Interface/Add-On Cards

This is an interesting 4" Silicon Wafer, and while I had scoped it I cannot find any information on it, so this is an unknown Wafer. A very unique wafer. I had thought maybe this was from a Xerox Employee, as the first 2 Wafers were from Xerox, but a few others don't seem to be Xerox.
